Refund Policy

We are fully committed to providing you with the best possible service. We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase online through our various websites.

If the product you received is defective in any way, a complaint must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product by email to rocaeagle@gmail.com, otherwise no compensation will be given. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 7 days from the date you received the package using our exchange/return instructions, please keep in mind that the customer will be responsible for the return package shipping costs and product dispatch shipping costs. Personalized/custom engraved/customized products cannot be returned or refunded.

Merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition with original tags, if any, and all paperwork to ensure full credit. “New and unused” means there are no scratches or marks on the item. We will not accept returns on any item that shows it has been used, re-cut, or altered in any way.

We are not responsible for any duties/taxes imposed by the recipient’s country, these are to be paid by the recipient. If the customer refuses to accept the package, the return shipping costs to return the package will be deducted from the amount paid along with the shipping costs.

 Cancellation Policy

Only orders that are in “Pending” status can be cancelled. Once we start processing an order, it cannot be cancelled. You must send us an email at rocaeagle@gmail.com stating the reason for the cancellation. Once you request to cancel an item in your order, it will take us up to 1-2 business days to cancel the order. You will be notified by email.
